Tribe 627 Return & Exchange Policy

Our Promise

We want every girl to feel bold and confident in her Tribe 627 gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date on eligible items. To qualify for a return items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with all tags attached
Free from odors, stains, or damage
In original packaging where possible

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If your girl needs a different size or color we'll make it right. Exchange shipping back to you is on us.

Sale Items

All sale items and limited drop releases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We want to be upfront about this so there are no surprises.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at contact@tribe627.com
Include your order number and reason for return
We'll respond within 2 business days with your return authorization and instructions
Ship your item back to us — customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once we receive and inspect your item we'll process your store credit or exchange within 5 business days

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as Tribe 627 store credit valid for 12 months from issue date. Store credit never expires on exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item please email us at contact@tribe627.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right immediately at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale and clearance items
Limited drop releases marked as final sale
Items returned after 30 days
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items missing original tags
